Impostor Syndrome Through a Somatic Lens
You’re not broken. You’re not alone. And you don’t have to carry this story in your body anymore.
A Biweekly Group Journey for Musicians, Educators, and Somatic Practitioners
Coming Spring 2026 | $225| Limited Capacity
Impostor Syndrome often manifests as more than just doubt in the mind—it resides in the nervous system, influencing how we move, breathe, perform, and connect.
This biweekly cohort is a space for high-performing creatives and educators to explore Impostor Syndrome through the body. Together, we’ll cultivate embodied presence, compassionate awareness, and tools for sustainable self-trust.
Who This Is For
This program is crafted for:
Musicians & Artistic Performers who feel paralyzed by performance anxiety despite their training and accolades.
University Professors & Educators who feel they’re just “winging it” or will never be good enough in the studio.
Recent Music Graduates facing the post-degree void—without a job, and with rising self-doubt.
Somatic Program Graduates who are questioning their right to lead or guide others.
If your body braces when you enter a practice room, teach a class, or take the stage, this space is for you.
What to Expect
This is not a fix-it bootcamp.
It’s a nervous system-friendly space where:
Your story is welcome.
Your body’s intelligence is honored.
You’ll be guided in practices rooted in Alexander Technique, Body Mapping, and trauma-aware somatic coaching.
Each session blends movement, reflection, breath, and group witnessing—offering new ways to relate to anxiety, perfectionism, and the stories that no longer serve you.
