Community Courses
Somatic learning for musicians, educators, and artists.
Our community courses are designed to meet you where you are—whether you're recovering from burnout, seeking clarity in your body, or just curious about a new way to move and teach.
Our Approach to Learning
These aren’t traditional technique classes.
They’re somatic spaces for sustainable change.
We call these community courses because we learned a while ago that there needs to be a community around somatic conversations and learning in the arts!
Each class draws from the Alexander Technique, Body Mapping, nervous system education, and somatic coaching. But more importantly, each course respects your current capacity. That’s why we offer self-paced options, gentle progressions, and clear pathways forward.
You do not need to be in pain, and you don’t need to be perfect. Just bring your curiosity and your body, exactly as it is.
If you are new to Somatics in general, we recommend that you start with Introduction to Somatics: Returning to the Soma. Otherwise, feel free to sign up for as many or as few courses as you please. Courses will be circulated and repeated, and new courses will be added as they are developed. Check back often, or sign up for the newsletter to stay in touch!
