Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Shawn L. Copeland
Somatic educator, musician, and co-author of Body Mapping for Clarinetists.

For 20+ years, I’ve helped artists and educators reconnect with the intelligence of their body using Body Mapping, the Alexander Technique, and trauma-informed somatic practices.

This short video experience is a place to begin — or begin again — without shame, overwhelm, or urgency.
