A Different Way to Begin Your Year

Person holding a yellow flower in cupped hands.

Many of us enter January with a mixture of hope and exhaustion. Our minds say “a fresh start,” yet our bodies are still carrying the weight of last year.

This session offers another way to begin. A moment to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself before the year accelerates.

This is not a workshop about productivity, goals, or resolutions. It is a gentle invitation to reconnect with what is alive inside you.

What We Will Explore

In our 90 minutes together, we will:

  • Notice how the body meets the start of a new year

  • Allow openings in the places where effort gathers

  • Explore breath as companionship rather than correction

  • Let our attention soften and widen

  • Listen for what feels possible now, without pressure

  • Begin the year from presence rather than urgency

This is a moment for kindness, for recalibration, for a little more room.

  • January Reflection Guide

  • 14-day access to the replay

What You Receive

This session may feel helpful if you notice:

the year beginning quickly,

tension rising before intention,

a longing to reconnect with your breath,

a feeling of collapse or overwhelm,

a desire for a slower, steadier beginning.

You don’t need to prepare anything.

You simply show up as you are.

A Note About Pace

This session moves slowly.

You can sit in a chair, stand, or lie down.
Your camera can be on or off.
The goal is not to perform; it is to feel supported.

Many people notice that when the pace softens, creativity returns.

This space was designed with that in mind.

If you want to begin the year with more breath and more clarity,
I’d love to spend this time with you.
